
Downtown Clayton Concert Series: Second Helping – The American Lynyrd Skynyrd
Southern rock is taking center stage as the Downtown Concert Series continues with a show fans won’t want to miss. Join us for a free outdoor performance, featuring Second Helping: The American Lynyrd Skynyrd Show at 6 p.m., Thursday, July 17 in Town Square (Corner of Main and O’Neil Streets).
As the longest-running Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute in the world, Second Helping delivers more than a concert. It’s a full-throttle celebration of the band’s iconic sound. With timeless hits like Sweet Home Alabama and Free Bird, this high-energy group captures the heart and soul of Southern rock and roll.
Come early for fun activities starting at 6 p.m., and don’t forget to bring a blanket or lawn chair to relax and enjoy the show. Music begins at 6:30 p.m., with food trucks serving delicious bites and adult beverages available for those looking to unwind. Kids can also enjoy interactive elements like a bounce house and photo booth, making it a fun evening for the whole family.
